Reading

This week in reading, I have been working on reading LPG 3-I can locate and summarise ideas by skimming and scanning, by identifying key words, topic sentences, and key questions, or by using subheadings. I did this by reading a text and answering some questions about it.

Math

This week in math, I have been working on geometry LPG 2I can measure the perimeter of objects. I did this by doing a perimeter sheet.

Writing

This week in writing, I have been working on writing LPG 1-I can discuss and show that I know who my audience is, and why I am writing. I did this by making a father's day card.

This week in writing, I worked on writing LPG 20: I can choose appropriate and precise topic related vocabulary.

Reading

This week in reading, I worked on reading LPG 3: I can locate and summarise ideas by skimming and scanning, by identifying key words, topic sentences, and key questions, or by using subheadings. I did this by reading a story and answering questions about it.

This week in math, I have been working on math LPG 13: Equivalent ratios. I did this by working out some problems from a book.

This week in reading, I have been working reading LPG 6:I regulary read longer texts. I did this by reading a book.

This week in math, I have worked on math LPG 13: equivalent ratios. I did this by finding the equivalent of fractions.

Writing

This week in writing, I have been working on writing LPG 25: I can form all upper and lowercase letters correctly, neatly and fluently. I did this by writing cross country things, randomly.

This week in reading, I have been working on writing LPG 6: I can write an argument about a selected topic. I did this by writing, editing and re-crafting an argument about if HPS should have clubs.

This week in reading, I have been working on writing LPG 25:  I can form all upper and lowercase letters correctly, neatly and fluently. I did this by doing a reading response to the story "Choices".

This week in math, I have been working on math LPG 13: equivalent ratios. I did this working of a math book.

This week in reading, I have been working on writing LPG 29-I can write all words from the essenail spelling lists 1-7. I did this in the form of spelling words.

This week in math, I have been working on math LPG 16-I can solve multiplication problems using  a range of strategies. I did this in the form of playing a math game.

Writing

This week in writing, I have practiced writing LPG 5-I can give and recieve feedback about writing in peers. I did this in the form of a partner check.
