Multiplication Algerithims

This week I have been working on math LPG 16-I can solve multiplication problems using a range of stratergies by using multiplication algerithims.

Math Bowling

This week I have been working on math LPG 14, 15, 16, and 17 in the form of the game "math bowling".

Lake Ora Writing

This week my writing goal was LPG 25-I can form all lower and uppercase letters neatly, correctly and fluently. I wrote a "Lake Ora" recount.

Reading groups again

In reading I can monitor for accuracy and sense.

Discovery Time

This week I have been practicing writing LPG 25 in my hard book. I made a sheet about what I want to find out in discovery time.

This week in maths I have been learning groupings within 1 000 in the form of a game called highest number. You draw up a grid, same shape and same size as mine. As you can see, I have a grid. On a grid the "box's" maximum length and height is four "squares." Someone rolls a dice ten times and you put those numbers in your "box". When your "box" is full, you will notice you have four horizontal numbers. Add those up and you will have your total. Your goal could be to get the highest, lowest or closest to a certain number to win.

This week, one goal I worked on was "groupings of 2 , 5 and 10" in the form of the game "greedy pig" in maths.
